INVESTIGATION DIRECTIONS:

NEUROPHYSIOLOGY (synaptic processes in the spinal cord);
CELL BIOPHYSICS (structure and functions of ion channels, membrane receptors).

Used the microelectrode technique for investigation of structural-functional organization of nervous centers and biophysical and molecular mechanisms of excitation and inhibition in nerve cells. Worked up the method of intracellular dialysis of nerve cell soma and used it for investigation of membrane and molecular mechanisms of these cells.
